I have been with couple of other reseller hosting providers (hsphere), but the SPAM mails have been big issue to my clients. The inbuilt SPam control in Hsphere does not help...

Can other EIRCA customers advice how Far SPAM (incoming) is controlled here ?

It depends on a few things:

How much the emails have been posted in the open (invite for spam)
How tough your filters are
If you maintain the black/white list

If used correctly, the spam filters most definitely work well.
