The great advantage of speaking with our technicians during an outage period is that the technicians will be able to provide you immediate information, at any time of the day. Live chat is active 9am-5pm Eastern time and always during an outage or maintenance period. Within five minutes of a server or service being unavailable, the icon to the left will be clickable to connect you to a live technician.
